Services are categorized as "Strategies for Success" and "Remedial or Enrichment":
- Strategies for Success are the learning skills your child needs to be successful in a given subject according to the Ontario Ministry of Education. Having these skills means students can become increasingly independent in their learning while continuing to improve their grades. Strategies for Success is the focus of Educational Coaching.
- Remedial or Enrichment Services provide additional support to learning subject-specific content, completing in-class assignments, and/or test preparation.

- Reading: decoding (i.e. vocabulary building and word-solving), Reading Power® comprehension strategies (i.e. making connections, inferring, visualizing, etc.), and critical engagement (i.e. considering purpose, audience, and meta-textual factors)
- Writing: using the complete writing process to produce a variety of texts (narratives, procedural, persuasive, etc.), writing short and long test answers, etc.
- Media Literacy: critical thinking skills and creative processing
- Oral Communication: presentation strategies
- Listening Skills: note taking, self-regulation, clarification, etc.
Numeracy (Mathematics)

- Strategies for Success: problem solving, reasoning and proving, reflecting, selecting computational strategies, connecting, representing, and communicating
- Remedial or Enrichment Coaching: Number sense and Numeration, Measurement, Geometry and Spatial Sense, Patterning and Algebra, Data Management and Probability
Science
Offered for: Kindergarten to Grade 8
- Strategies for Success: scientific inquiry, experimentation, and problem solving skills including initiating and planning, performing and recording, analyzing and interpreting, and communicating
- Remedial or Enrichment Coaching: Life Systems, Structures and Mechanisms, Matter and Energy, Earth and Space Systems
Social Studies
Offered for: Kindergarten to Grade 8
- Strategies for Success: research skills, critical analysis, communicating, etc.
- Remedial or Enrichment Coaching: varies according to grade
